Allow us to introduce ourselves.  We are a local land title agency that provides assistance to individuals who have made the decision to sell their homes without the assistance of a licensed real estate broker or agent.

We have learned through experience how important a real estate broker or agent can be in facilitating the sale of real estate, including locating a qualified buyer.  We cannot replace a real estate broker or agent with respect to your transaction, and you should carefully consider proceeding without the assistance of a qualified real estate professional.  However, if you choose to sell real estate through your own efforts, we will take all the necessary steps to insure your transaction runs as smooth as possible.

The following is a “For Sale By Owner” package we have prepared to assist you with beginning your sales transaction.  Please feel free to contact us with any questions or comments you have about the sale of your home, and we will be happy to work with you to complete your transaction.  After you have located a buyer, contact us, and we can begin the process of finalizing your home sale.
